Four months after my vasectomy I'm still having post vasectomy pain. How long is the usual window for a successful reversal?

I am having the procedure done in the morning and would like to enjoy some time at the lake in the afternoon.

I had a vasectomy before meeting my partner and now that we will be marrying soon, we'd like to start a family. So I had a vasectomy reversal three months ago. I have not ejaculated more than 10 times for purity purposes before marriage. I had my sperm tested after the reversal procedure and it shows that the sperm has not returned. Can we hold out hope? Is there a chance the sperm will return?

Can a doctor go in and remove sperm for me and my partner to get pregnant? I had a vasectomy and really want a child with her.

I had a robot-assisted vasectomy reversal and my doctor told me not to ejaculate or have sex for FOUR WEEKS. I'm having a difficult time. I'm at two weeks post-procedure and waiting another two weeks seems excessive. Do I REALLY need to wait an entire four weeks?

I'm going in for a vasectomy next week. I currently take daily aspirin. Should I stop taking it before the surgery?

I had a vasectomy done 4 ears ago and I'm concerned the anti-sperm antibodies will affect the rest of my body.

I'm 35 and I don't think I want to have children. If for some reason I do find someone later on in life, and I want to have kids does it matter how old I am? Could I be 45 and get a reversal? Should I not get a vasectomy if I think I'll want kids?

I'm not sure how much pain is normally experienced.

I'm considering having a vasectomy and then a reversal 6 years from now.

I unfortunately lost two children in a car accident in 2014.
