AFter my vasectomy I have a couple small skin knots on the outside of my scrotum where the stitches are. Is this normal and will they go away?

The stiches that are placed are absorbable and should go away
I do a no scalpel vasectomy and thus I do not put any stichess

If sutures were used then there may be a slight reaction where they exit or enter the skin and normally that will resolve with time -maybe over 6 weeks

We call these "healing ridges" and this is the normal response of the skin to the trauma of the incision and the suture. This usually softens and the red goes away at approximately three months.
