Will it cause any harm even though i have no intercourse?

Having an erection after a vasectomy will do no harm. The vas deferens are affected by ejaculation, not the erection.

An erection normally occurs in most men while sleeping. As long as there is no physical sex or ejaculation, there should be no problems with that immediately after a vasectomy.
