Why is my scrotum still sore after the vasectomy procedure?

Since my vasectomy procedure, my scrotum is very sensitive. Why? Is this normal?

It shouldn't be. You need an examination and possibly a sonogram.

You can expect your scrotum to be sensitive and tender for 3 to 10 days after a vasectomy, and it is just due to tissue swelling and the healing process.
