What happens to the upper vas after a vasectomy?

I had a vasectomy 12 days ago. I was sitting down and when I went to stand up I felt a new sensation that I can't quite describe. It wasn't painful, but more of a light pressure that seemed to move. Do the upper vas move into the body after the procedure?

I am not sure why you are having the sensation that you did. It probably does not mean anything. In regard to what happens to the upper back as it remains as a blind ended tube in the scrotum

It does not move and is essentially unchanged. There are healing changes that occur at the vasectomy site and this sometimes will cause "referred" pain along the course of the vas deferens as it courses to the prostate. This will resolve over time as your body heals. If it continues, see your doctor.
