One of my husbands testicles has not dropped after his vascetomy. Is this normal?

My husband had a vascetomy about a month and a half ago. His right testicle has not dropped. Is this normal?

It would be unusual for the position of the testicle to change after an uncomplicated vasectomy. The segment removed from the vas is small and would not affect length. The most common answer is that the testicle was a little higher before the procedure. It is common for one to hang lower than the other, usually the left.

No. There must be some reason for excessive scarring that will not allow the testis to drop, especially if it has been over 2 or 3 months since the procedure.
