Discuss with your Urologist, this is something unassociated with your vasectomy

It would be unusual for either of your complaints to be related to the vasectomy. Erections are not related to the physiologic changes that occur with a vasectomy. Specifically, testosterone is not affected and this is related to testicle size. There are psychogenic changes that can occur and other non-related urological issues that can arise independently, so you should see your urologist if there are further concerns.

It is unlikely that the testis size is related to the vasectomy. Only in rare situations is the blood supply to the vas included with the suture or the clip, and this can affect the size of the testicles. It is most unlikely to happen on both sides. If you are having trouble getting an erection, I would go back to your urologist and has him to order a serum testosterone level. This test should ideally be done in the morning.

What you are describing is unrelated to a vasectomy. Scientifically, it is not possible. I'd recommend you see your urologist.

You need to see your urologist for further workup. A urologist specializes in diagnosing and treating conditions associated with the male reproductive system.
