There are no limitations necessary before. Be sure to follow all of the stipulations after, however.

Not really, other than to have your plans set for the day of and the days after, according to the advice of the doctor doing the vasectomy. We all have our own thoughts about what to do on the day of after the vasectomy, how many days off from work, when to resume exercise,etc.
