Is it normal for pre-cum to leak or drip from penis after a vasectomy? After getting and erection and excitement some comes out is that harmful?

It would be very unusual for this to be related to the vasectomy and it is not harmful. It is unclear why this has started happening but it will probably abate on its own. Sometimes this is normal prostate fluid and can occur with straining. If this persists or changes color, then you may want to check with your doctor.
