I was born with undescended testicles and had surgery when I was 2 years old. My scrotum has pretty thick scars on them. Would this cause issues?

Both testicles did not descend; both were retrieved and implanted into my scrotum. It has disfigured my scrotum with deep grooves where the scars are.

No but you could have the scars excised if you really wished and that revision would probably turn out better

Probably not, however, an exam prior to the vasectomy will determine if there is an issue. If the testicles are hard to palpate or they are higher than usual, your urologist may advise the procedure done in a surgery center with anesthesia.
