I have ejaculated 85 times in 95 days and still have sperm coming out. Is something wrong?

I had a vasectomy done on Oct 14, 2015 and now it's 1-21-16.

Does not look like right. Most likely vasectomy is on one side ! you should have no sperm--- 0 sperm.
You need to see urologist who can perform vasectomy again that can work for you.

If the doctor is only seeing "rare dead sperm" nothing is wrong. It is frustrating, however, because most urologists and patients prefer no sperm to give OK to unprotected sex. If lots of live sperm are being seen, then this suggests recanalization and the vasectomy should be repeated.

It most likely means the tubes just haven't cleared out. It takes time and a number of ejaculations. After 3 months, about 15% of patients still have sperm. I'd wait at least 10 more ejaculations and get a semen analysis with count. Make sure to get good results as it could be incomplete resection or early recanalization. AUA allows for a # of non-moguls sperm and still calls it sterile.

Semen will continue to come out. You have to view with a microscope to verify any sperm.
