I had a succesful vasectomy in 2005. Now I will be turning 40 in August and I recently met a partner who would like to have children.

My partner would like to have children in about 4-5 years from now and it has become an issue between us. I was wondering if there was a way to extract any sperm and give it to her and still get pregnant, and if so how do I go about it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Then I can hopefully save my relationship. Also some doctor recommendations would be great. I live in Phoenix, Arizona. Thank you for your time.

I would recommend meeting with Dr Sheldon Marks at the International Center for Vas Reversal in Arizona. He can provide you with a road map to the various options that couples have. It's way too long of a conversation for this forum.
