If I ejaculate more than 20 times, within 2 weeks, am I sterile?
Most likely this is not a problem. The reason urologists tell patients to wait a week or so is for the ends of the vas deferens to seal. I don't feel it will contribute to the probability of recanalization because the end on the opposite side of the testicle is unaffected by ejaculation. You may however be more susceptible to a sperm granuloma if sperm leaked out. A sperm granuloma is fairly common and usually results in a small pea sized knot which as a rule causes no issues.

That will not affect anything.

Hi. Ejaculation 48 hours will not do any damage. However, it is best to get the 6 or 8 week post-vasectomy semen analysis to show there are no sperm in the ejaculate. Do not use number of ejaculates as an indication that no sperm will be present.
