The sperm count has to be zero, meaning no sperm in semen to be sterile. You can still be fertile if snipping failed.

I recommend 90 days and 25-30 ejaculations. Despite cutting the supply, the tubes have to empty out.

It takes about 3 months. Failures are less than 1%.
