I had a vasectomy Dec 2017, and within three months I started to really struggle with a constant urge to urinate. I have gone down the correct health care routes and had CT scans, ultrasounds, bladder medication and even a ridge cystoscopy--all have found nothing or had no effect. Prostatitis has been the diagnosis query for the past 5 months with no proof of it. I've never had any kind of issues before and now I can't help but blame the vasectomy procedure. I see no relief; life is miserable.
In a word, no. Vasectomy has no relationship to the urinary tract. The battery of testing you have gone through, all normal, makes the cause of your troubles difficult to discern.

There is no relationship between Vasectomy and urge incontinence. I need to be honest here and you may not like it. It may be worthwhile considering whether you are stressed, anxious or anything else happening in your life. Please do not blame Vasectomy for this but try to work out if something else is happening in your life.
