Can a vasectomy cause a lump on your vas deferens?
I had a vasectomy 5 months ago and recently came to find what feels like a hard pea-sized lump on my right vas deferens. Is this normal? It feels rather tender to touch, as is the area of the cord slightly higher up from the lump. I also find I get random aches and the odd shooting pain in this area on the right cord while sitting or making certain movements. I'd rather find out if a lump is normal in this area after a vasectomy before making a visit to my GP.

Swelling at the site of a vasectomy can very well stem from sperm granuloma and can be tender.
