Why is my right testicle riding high?

It's been 7 days since my vasectomy and my left testicle seems to be normal (hardly any pain and dropped). However, my right testicle is sitting high, almost right under my penis, and is still soar. And there is loose skin hanging down on my scrotum. Dr had some issues getting the vas on the right side. Will my testicle drop back down later? I assume it's just because the Dr spent extra time on the right side because my vas was hard to get to come up.

Testicles both descended and during the pregnancy as it progresses. They are a multiplicity of things that may cause 1 to descend more than the other. It is not a symptom that anything is wrong unless the lack of descent is such that the testicle never gets into the scrotum. That condition is called an undescended testicle and needs correction in order to enhance the possibility of achieving fatherhood
