Two days after my visit, one testicle is three times bigger than other. Is this normal?
This is not normal, however, a testicle after a vasectomy can "feel" three times bigger. If there is no scrotal skin bruising or changes on how the scrotum looks to you, then this "feeling" will resolve. However, a scrotal hematoma can make the testicle area larger, and this too resolves with time. If the swelling is confirmed by you, and there is bruising and changes to the appearance of the scrotum, then it is never a bad idea to see your urologist. A follow-up vasectomy visit is most commonly free and covered by the original fees. So, other than the inconvenience of the visit, it may be worth the peace of mind to have it checked out.

It could be a scrotal hematoma, meaning some collection of blood around the testis. Please call your doctor and discuss it. It may even grow bigger.
