After my vasectomy, I reached 24 ejaculation sooner than 2 months (actually in 3 1/2 weeks). Can I take my first sperm test now?

It is too soon. Wait for 3 more weeks and then get it checked. So you don't have to bring sample repeatedly.

The point at which there are no sperm in the ejaculate is determined by the number of ejaculations and not the time period from the time of the vasectomy. Studies have shown that the time to no sperm varies in each individual from 20-35 ejaculations. So for you 24 may be enough and so yes it would be reasonable to have one checked. The higher the number of ejaculation the greater chance of good report.

It's better to wait the allotted time to allow for sperm transit through the intact conduits.
