My husband had a vasectomy 8 yrs ago after out 3rd child. Had the follow-up sperm check and got the all-clear. I recently found out I'm 2 weeks pregnant. I haven't been with anyone else. After finding out, he saw his Dr. and he said his sperm count was very low but still considered sterile. How does this happen?
It is hard to say what very low means. You actually need a sperm count to be done. If he has no sperm in his specimen then you need to think of other ways you may have achieved a pregnancy

If the husband is sterile, then you cannot have children unless the vasectomy is reversed or you consider in vitro methods. Both options are relatively expensive and there is a percentage success rate that is easy to find on the internet. In terms of a reversal, in light of the vasectomy being done 8 years ago, the success rate would be approximately 53%. You can learn more at http://gavasectomyreversal.com/reversal-success-rates/
