I had a wet dream one day after bilateral varicocele repair. There is no pain. Will this cause any complications?

A varicocele repair involves the veins that engorge around and above the testicle. Sperm is transported to the prostate by the vas deferens which is not affected by having a varicocelectomy. So...there will be no complication.
