I had a no-scalpel vasectomy 10 days ago. The first 3 ejaculations contained no blood but the last 3 have and there is lower abdominal pain.

When a vasectomy is performed the vas deferens is cut in two and each end is closed off by a variety of methods. Because of this the internal aspect of the vas is traumatized and conceivably have some bleeding. This then explains why sometimes there is blood in the ejaculate, albeit uncommonly, after a vasectomy. Remember the fluid and sperm in the tube beyond vasectomy site takes approximately 30 ejaculations to clear. Whether there is hematospermia (blood in the ejaculate) from a vasectomy or it just happens, it is overwhelmingly a benign condition that usually abates on its own without treatment.
Regarding the abdominal pain this too is unusual but is explained by the course the vas deferens takes in getting to the prostate. It leaves the testicle, goes up into the inguinal canal and curves back around to the posterior aspect of the bladder before entering the prostate. This pain is often referred to as "referred pain" and will resolve as the inflammatory response of the body to the trauma of the procedure abates.

A skin infection is not iikely related to the hemo-spermia. The skin infection should be treated. Blood in semen is unusual but usually not worrisome. Close follow up examination is warranted.
