Will a bunched stitch job eventually relax and return to normal?

I’m about 4 weeks post-vasectomy and one of the incision sites isn’t healing properly. The stitches are gone but the scrotum is bunched around the incision site. It is still sensitive to the touch and my boys aren’t hanging quite right. Will this resolve itself over time or do I need a follow-up visit? Should I see a different doctor or go back to the same guy who may have had poor skills?

It depends on the type of suture that was used. But most probably it is going to relax over time. It really does not mean that your physician had poor skills. But unsure he would be happy to see you and perhaps remove the suture if you continue to have problems
