Risk of pregnancy is more about the number of ejaculations than the length of time since the vasectomy. As a rule you need approximately thirty ejaculations to achieve azospermia (no sperm in the ejaculate). Although I am not aware of a study that would give you a percentage number, the risk of pregnancy is certainly a possibility and as always you want to have two specimens that are negative before unprotected sexual activity.
