Vasectomy only prevents your sperm from being ejaculated to cause pregnancy; the remaining 95 percent of fluid ejaculated can transmit STDs, and you are similarly susceptible to STD's as you were prior to the vasectomy. Another way to look at it: after vasectomy, contraception is no longer necessary; however, to prevent STD transmission, you will still require a condom.

False. Vasectomy can protect you from passing on kids, but will NOT protect you from STD prevention or passage at all.

Definitely not. A vasectomy does not protect you or your partner from getting any venereal disease.
