Pregnancy chances after vasectomy?
I got a vasectomy about a month ago. At about 2.5 weeks and probably 12 ejaculations I had protected (used condom) sex with my girlfriend. I didn't ejaculate either inside or outside of her though. My question is are we at much, if any, risk for pregnancy? I am looking for some reassurance.

You need a zero sperm count to insure no sperm. It can take a long time to get every sperm out of the system. I have had 1 or 2 patients take up to 1 year!
