What should I do if my post-vasectomy stitches dissolved but I'm left with a round, open wound?
My stitches dissolved 7 days after my vasectomy. However, the opening is deep; I can see my insides a little bit. There's no pain, bleeding, or drainage, just a hole in my scrotum. What's the best way to get this to close up quickly?

Depending on the size but the probability is that you need to do nothing and the wound will heal and will actually level itself at least mostly over time
