My husband had a vasectomy last week and instant regrets started, so we started having unprotected sex within the first week.

Do I have an okay chance of conceiving? I typically get pregnant easily.

Yes you can get pregnant, however with each ejaculation the count decreases. You may consider timing sex to your ovulation by keeping a temperature chart. You also might consider giving sperm to a reproductive clinic to pool and freeze for artificial insemination. I had a friend and neighbor who had the same experience. He called me for months with questions about a vasectomy and after finally having it done...regretted it.
