My husband had a vasectomy in June. He had 3 tests and sperm is present.Test showed dead sperm present. Is this normal? Was the surgery successful?

He will test again in December.

Most likely it was successful. Sperm can be present for up to one year after a vasectomy. The fact that the speed are dead is a good sign. Keep using protection until the count is zero.
