Yes. Through a reproductive clinic—there are usually several in most larger medical communities—sperm can be aspirated from the testicles and then used in IVF (in vitro fertilization). The internet is replete with information on this. Here is the contact link for one in the Atlanta area, and the site will be informative to you as well. https://www.atlantainfertility.com/contact-us/

Fertility clinics can aspirate sperm directly from the testicle or epididymis, then inject them into eggs harvested from you.

Yes there is but almost always, vasectomy reversal - when done by an expert - offers you and your husband the most opportunity to become pregnant and to have a baby at the lowest cost. There are but a few exceptions to that. Ten years is not a long time at all and is not a negative. There is a myth out there that after 10 years the rates of success go dramatically down but that is not at all true. In the hands of most of us who perform vasectomy reversals expertly as a part of what our surgical practice is, there is about a 90-95% chance that sperm will return to the ejaculate. I hope this helps.

I had a vasectomy before meeting my partner and now that we will be marrying soon, we'd like to start a family. So I had a vasectomy reversal three months ago. I have not ejaculated more than 10 times for purity purposes before marriage. I had my sperm tested after the reversal procedure and it shows that the sperm has not returned. Can we hold out hope? Is there a chance the sperm will return?
