May we do a vasectomy reversal even if the vasectomy failed?

Hi, it is absolutely possible to do a vasectomy reversal in these circumstances to try and optimize and improve sperm counts. You may be just getting a few sperm through a tight connection - enough to cause a pregnancy every once in a while (which is what happened) but not as often as may occur if both sides were fully reconstructed.

It is possible to reverse your vasectomy, but this may not be your best option. You may want to inquire about in vitro procedures or pooled artificial insemination and costs related to each. Although your numbers are low they may be enough for pregnancy using other available methods.
