I've read that infertility after a vasectomy is directly related to the frequency of ejaculations and not time. Is this true?

I had a vasectomy 7 days ago. Assuming I ejaculate 20 times in a 4 week period after the procedure, should I be concerned with sperm in my semen? Thanks!

Both time and ejaculation frequency contributes to absence of sperm. A semen analysis is recommended to ensure infertility

You should be concerned. With a vasectomy and assuring sterility, ASSUMING makes an --- out of you and me! Although you are probably clear, you need a semen analysis to be one hundred percent sure that you are good to go.
