It has been close to over 10 years since my vasectomy and someone is claiming they are pregnant. Can that be possible? If so, should I take a fertility test before I go any further?

You should get semen analysis.This will tell you the story right away.

Easy to tell. Order an online testing kit at spermcheck.com or submit a semen for analysis at your local hospital. If no sperm is seen, then the vasectomy is effective.
