Insurance does not cover reversals >95% of the time. The average reversal price in the US is $10,000. The cost at our office is $6,300.

Most insurance plans do not cover sterilization reversal. The average out-of-pocket cost range is from $5,000 to $20,000 depending on the facility you have the reversal performed.
