Is there any association with vasectomy and lower back soreness/stiffness?

I had my vasectomy about 2.5 weeks ago with little to no issues, other than Dr having a harder time finding right side vas. I’ve noticed though, since around this time, my lower back is sore and stiff. I’ve been a little paranoid in reading horror stories online, which I probably shouldn’t have. Could be coincidental. It’s not really painful, but I was curious if there’s any potential connection there.

The overwhelming likelihood is that the back pain is unrelated. If the testicles and scrotum feel and appear normal to you, then the back pain is musculoskeletal in nature. As always, if it persists, see your doctor.

More than likely coincidental--no anatomical connection. Hope this helps and your back feels better.
