The answer would be yes, it is possible to reproduce after having had a vasectomy 26 years ago; however, this is subject to examination. It is very unusual to have had a vasectomy at the age of 17. I am not aware of any of my urological colleagues who would perform this procedure on someone your age.

Yes. If you are concerned about the presence of sperm, it is best to have a semen analysis done. There is a kit you can order off the internet called spermcheck.com.

Very unlikely, but the only way of confirming is doing a semen test. If it shows no sperm, you cannot make a woman pregnant.
