Is it OK to have an erection the day after a vasectomy?
I had an erection in bed this morning. Is this OK? I had a vasectomy yesterday.

Yes. Ejaculation is discouraged during the first week after a vasectomy.

Yes, it is ok. It's just important not to use the erection soon after a vasectomy. Ask your physician when he thinks you can resume any form of sex.

No problem. Just don't promote sexual thoughts for the week after your vasectomy. No sex or masturbation for 5-7 days.
