Is it normal for white stuff to come out of my incision after ejaculation? I had a vasectomy 2 weeks ago.

That is not normal. It would be more common for this to be related to an infection or a small suture that is slow to dissolve and as a result, is not letting the skin heal. I'd speak to the urologist. He or she may recommend an antibiotic to be safe. In the meantime, Neosporin ointment to the area is a good idea.
