I just had vasectomy today. If I have a wet dream would that cause any complications?

Most probably not. Urologists prefer a week or so of not having an ejaculation to allow both ends of the vas deferens to scar down depending on the method used. If clips or sutures were used the sealing is immediate, if the ends were fulgurated then the sealing process takes several days to complete. In any case re-canalization is unlikely, you might be at increased risk for a sperm granuloma if sperm were to leak out of the testicle side of the vas deferns.

No, you should be fine. I would recommend avoiding ejaculation (masturbation/intercourse) for one week.
