My clip came off 4 days after vasectomy. Should I be concerned? I'm worried about what affect the clip could have down there.

The surgeon usually places several clips on each side of the vasectomy site, so it would be unusual for this to affect the effectiveness of the vasectomy. You should continue with the instructions you were given and have two negative specimens before unprotected sex. My guess is that you will do well.
