I had a vasectomy on my left side because I had an infection in my left testicle. Is there still the chance I could get a woman pregnant since the procedure was only performed on one side? Is there still sperm in my semen?
Yes. The remaining testicle can produce normal numbers and quality of sperm to achieve pregnancy. You want to be sure you have the other done and assure sterility after thirty ejaculations before unprotected sex.

Absolutely! A single testicle will produce sperm and can definitely result in pregnancy. If you do not want to have children (or any more), you will need to have the other testicle addressed.

Very likely. Both need to be taken care of to ensure success.

Absolutely! Men can impregnate their partners with only one testicle. You need to have the right side "snipped", too.

If you're right testicle is normal, it will be possible that you can impregnate a fertile woman. For confirmation, you can ask your doctor to do a semem analysis, which will likely show live sperm.

Yes, definitely. Best way to check is with a semen analysis. Vasectomy alone is unlikely to be performed for an infection in the testis. Sometimes the epididymis is removed, which could leave you obstructed.
