I had a semen analysis and the result was 1-2 motile sperm/ HPF and 10-20 non-motile sperm/ HPF. Am I still fertile? It has been 11 months since the procedure. Is this a failure? Should I have a second procedure done?

Yes and no. As the average count is in the millions, it would be highly unlikely that you are "fertile." However, most doctors and patients in this scenario want to be "really, really sure." Most urologists and patients would like to see the semen be completely free of sperm, in general, and particularly no motile sperm.

It looks like it is an early failure of vasectomy. Any motile sperm in semen can make a woman pregnant. It is worthwhile repeating the semen in a month and if it still shows motile sperm, it is advisable to do another procedure. Please discuss with your doctor as well.
