I got my results back, and they are 4.20 Sperm/HPF. I assume this means I'm still not sterile, is that correct?
We recommend two "zero" sperm counts before considering a man totally sterile.

There are normally millions of sperm PHF, so you have sperm but it is very unlikely that you can achieve pregnancy. Having said that, many patients and urologists demand zero sperm before having unprotected sex. I'd repeat it a few times and hopefully, it will go to zero. If not, you have a decision to make. Proceed knowing it is not zero but highly improbable of achieving pregnancy or consider repeating. I favor the former, but this can become a "mind" game. As always, consult your urologist.

Yes, you are still not sterile. You need to repeat the semen test until it shows no sperm in your semen.
