I am having a vasectomy reversal booked and have been told no sex for 3 weeks. Is it safe to just get an erection? I'm scared it will affect my op.

An erection (voluntary or involuntary) will not impact the chances of success after vas reversal.

An erection on its own will not disrupt the procedure. They will occur normally during sleep.

An erection will have no effect on your having had a vasectomy. The three weeks of the recommended abstinence is to allow the vasectomy site to heal and this is more about not having an ejaculation than the erection.
