How do I know if I have fertility problems?

My wife and I have been trying to conceive for a while now, and we have not been able to get pregnant. Should males be tested for fertility? Or, should my wife be the only one to visit a doctor for testing?

Up to 50 percent of couples' infertility is due to a male factor. You can get a baseline semen analysis to start your evaluation. If it is not normal, then you should see a urologist who treats male infertility.
