I had a vasectomy about 3 weeks ago. Why have I started to develop a small pea size lump on my vas deferns?

The doctor used the cauterized method shouldn't I be able to feel 2 pea size lumps on each side. It feels like they reconnected is this a normal healing process for them to reconnect.

That’s granuloma or scar tissue. It should soften over time.

The knots are a normal response of the body to the vasectomy. It doesn't mean they have reconnected. Infrequently they can become uncomfortable, a sperm granuloma, and this is usually self limited, but occasionally the urologist will prescribe an antibiotic.
