I'm 2 months post vasectomy, why do I have aching pain in the bottom part of my left testicle?

Pain is only on the left, bottom side of the testicle. If I pass fingers along testicle with pressure it triggers the pain. I was put under for vasectomy as urologist stated it was difficult to find one of the vas. The pain started on and off after recovery which was normal. Had ultrasound, no infection. The left testis was normal for vascularity and the epididymis had a small amount of scrotal fluid. Right testis where no pain 2x2x1 cyst all other normal.

There are many different explanations. See your urologist for an examination.
