Usual way the answer is no but it is not an impossibility. If there are failures of a vasectomy it usually happens within the first 2 or at most 3 years. It would be very unusual for you to have sperm absolute for 35 years and then sperm to suddenly rearrive and be seen in your ejaculate

It is possible for viable sperm to be aspirated from the testicle or after a vasectomy reversal. The likelihood decreases as the time from the vasectomy increases. I'd start with a call to your local reproductive clinic for the percentages. So...possible but the percentage of success is on the low side.

Yes they can both after a reversal or in conjunction with IVF.
