Any and all communications with, thorough or posted to the Site – including, but not limited to e-mail and/or information forms – are provided by you on a voluntary basis and are understood to be non-confidential. The Company does not assume any responsibility or liability for any information you submit to or through the site, or third parties' use or misuse of information transmitted or received using the Site.

The Company make no claim as to the appropriateness or efficacy of any WebStore product for any patient and, under no circumstances, will Company be responsible for any liability arising from the use or misuse of any product bought through the WebStore.

PRIVACY: The Company respects the privacy of online visitors and only gathers personally identifiable data, such as names, addresses, e-mail addresses, etc. when voluntarily submitted by the visitor (to request information or to receive electronic newsletters, for example). In an effort to reduce spamming to our physician clients, the Company has imposed a usage fee for using this copyrighted and trademarked information without permission. The usage fee for sending unsolicited and unapproved e-mails to any physician for commercial purposes is subject to a fee of $100 per e-mail per physician.
SENSITIVE DATA: Some, but not all, areas of the Site may employ industry-standard computer encryption (Secure Socket Layer) technology, widely accepted e-commerce protocols, and other security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Despite these safeguards, we cannot guarantee that our security will not be breached by new technology or techniques, or the unique application of established methods.
