Before the procedure I produced a fair amount of semen. This was my second vasectomy as the first one failed and there were no changes following the first one. Both times I have ejaculated since the latest one, I have produced no semen at all. This hasn't dwindled over time. I ejaculated two days before the op and no problem. Now 3 weeks post I'm producing nothing.
You must have retrograde ejeculation after vasectomy.
Cause for this needs to be evaluated.
Are you diabetic?
Some neurogenic problems can be responsible as well.

This cannot be an effect of the procedure. It is most likely the side effect of medications that you may be taking. Certain prostate medications frequently have this side effect

I predict that everything will return to normal soon. A vasectomy only removes sperm from the ejaculate and most of the fluid you see comes from the prostate or seminal vesicles. Sperm accounts for less than ten percent of the volume. There are medications however that reduce the volume of fluid or cause retrograde ejaculation. Drugs like Flomax relax the muscles in and about the prostate and effect ejaculation. If you are on some other medications you might look at some of the side effects, if you are on no medicines be patient and I'd anticipate things will return to your baseline.
